3.3. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

3.4. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

4. Check-in and Check-out

4.1. Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).

4.2. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

5. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities

5.1. Guests are required to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or staff.

5.2. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

5.3. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Violation will result in a ₦50,000 cleaning fee.

5.4. Pets are not allowed, except for certified service animals.
