1. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Reservation and Payment

  • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
  • Full payment is due upon check-in.
  • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
  • Rates are per room, per night, and are subject to applicable taxes.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date will be charged one night’s stay.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

4. Room Occupancy

  • Maximum occupancy per room type must be strictly observed.
  • Additional guests beyond the maximum occupancy will incur extra charges.

5. Smoking Policy

  • 6129 Luxri Apartment is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.
  • A cleaning fee of ₦50,000 will be charged for smoking in rooms or indoor common areas.

6. Pet Policy

  • We regret that pets are not allowed in the hotel, except for certified service animals.

7. Noise and Disturbance

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Excessive noise or disturbances that affect other guests may result in eviction without refund.

8. Damage to Property

  • Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay.
  • The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest’s account.

9. Visitors

  • All visitors must register at the front desk.
  • Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 10:00 PM.

10. Parking

  • Complimentary parking is available for registered guests only.
  • The hotel is not responsible for any damage or theft related to vehicles parked on the premises.

11. Lost and Found

  • The hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • Found items will be kept for 30 days. After this period, unclaimed items will be disposed of or donated.

12. Age Requirement

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to check-in and rent a room.

13. Right to Refuse Service

  • 6129 Luxri Apartment reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason not protected by federal or state law.

14. Privacy and Security

  • Security cameras are in use in public areas for the safety of our guests and staff.
  • Staff may enter rooms for cleaning, maintenance, or security purposes.

15. Special Requests

  • We will do our best to honor special requests, but they cannot be guaranteed.
